As letras para a canção foram escritas por Mitsuko Shiramine, a composição da música é de Patrick T.Hunt e os arranjos são de Steve Deutsch. Os vocais são da cantora japonesa Hitomi Toyama juntamente do cantor americano Oren Waters.
Essa canção ganhou o prêmio de melhor música de encerramento de filme de animação japonesa em 1988.
Só tem um verso em japonês, o resto da música é em inglês.
